I never did post where we spent new year's day. This is Honeymoon Beach. It's on Water Island which is just south of St. Thomas and is populated by about 50 people. We're crossing our fingers we might be one (make that, two) of them if we can find a rental in June. Every Mon. night they throw a sheet up between 2 palm trees and show a movie and everybody either drives their golf cart or walks to the beach to come see it. This beach is also popular with those getting married because it's so 1. Scenic 2. has a large bar which of course is an important part of any marriage ceremony. ;-)
