Spent the weekend in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. They were still struggling with the after effects of Otto which took out a lot of roadways, created a lot of landslides and broke all previously  recorded rain amounts. In this case, it looks like the bottom dropped out where this vehicle was parked. If you look closely you can still see what was left of the roadway between the wheels.
