Our landlord keeps us in fruit with all of his tropical fruit trees. Avocado, sugar apple, mango, guava, star fruit. My newest favorite is breadfruit and sour sops. The breadfruit makes a great non wheat pastry dough (that really does smell like bread when it's baking!) and sour sops make a wonderful sherbert.

Today we are setting out by ferry to St. John and spending the night at Cinnamon Bay campground. Two days of snorkeling and swimming ahead!
